Jewel is our Women’s Fellowship. Pastor Funke Laosun’s heart desire is for the women to come together from all backgrounds and cultures as one to fellowship, build each other up and to reach a place of fulfilment through and in Christ.

It is a vision of unity where our feminine grace exudes gentleness and strength; where peace reigns; where kindness overflows; and where love is felt to great lengths.

Every woman who is a member of Gates of Praise is automatically a member of Jewel and they participate in the Women’s Ministry. They give back to the church by volunteering their services in other ministries such as Ushers, Greeters, the Children’s Ministry, or any other labour of love within Gates of Praise.

Jewel offers regular and different forums which include prayer meetings, get togethers, annual retreats or where other esteemed speakers, address topics such as spiritual and emotional growth, relationships, parenting and health.
